When a student starts at Kindle Farm, I often get the same response from them once I’m introduced as The English Teacher. The student might tell me his name, or where he is from, but often, he says just to let you know, I don’t like to read. |

The 3Rs of Kindle Farm
I have heard it said many times here at school, the three Rs of Kindle Farm: Relationship, Relationship, Relationship. As a staff member, it begins on the first school day that you are lucky enough to work here. Take him for a walk up the hill, get to know each other. And that is exactly what we do. We get to know each other. |
