Entering spring with strong programs and enrollment
We are pleased to report that Kindle Farm is thriving as we enter the third quarter of the academic year. Our occupancy remains high, with 46 out of 48 seats filled across our programs. Specifically, we have 11 students enrolled in our Multi-Age Elementary Program, 11 in our Middle School, and 24 students in our High School. Our staff community recently completed mid-year reviews, engaging in a comprehensive 360 Review Process that facilitates valuable feedback exchange among team members. This process fosters a culture of mutual appreciation and recognition, empowering all staff members to contribute to our collective growth. Regular supervision throughout the year ensures that feedback is integrated seamlessly into ongoing collaboration efforts. We aim to highlight common elements in this newsletter. We hope you see current news about our Trauma Informed Academics, our robust Clinical Program, and the fun happenings within our Therapeutic Recreational offerings.
