Shannon Lamb wins a $25,000 Milken Teacher's Award Shannon Lamb, an elementary educator at Kindle Farm School in Newfane, was surprised at an all-school assembly today with a $25,000 Milken Family Foundation National Educator Award. Building the Yurt Kindle Farm School staff and students collaborate in the construction of a yurt that is used as a High School classroom in Newfane.

Kindle Farm School believes that certain experiences are essential for youth development and a well rounded education. Our Essential Programs (Arts and Music, Wilderness and Adventure, and Technology Education) are woven into all our student’s educational experiences and are highly valued.
