Our Kindle Farm community is built on the foundation of our relationship based model.  Through our staff to student relationships, we can connect and have an accurate read on our student’s behaviors. All of our students are recognized and acknowledged for the behaviors that they exhibit. Some of those behaviors include excitement, passion and success and others look like sadness, frustration and anger. But needless to say each emotion holds a place in our culture.

Our staff is always available and attentive to offer an ear, some advice, or silent moment of company. We feel that through role modeling, consistency and true care for our students, that over time they begin to develop healthier and stronger brain patterns for self-regulation and self-assessment. In a metaphorical sense, we believe that when our student’s graduate from Kindle Farm that their personal toolbox is full of options and solutions for taking on the emotional challenges that life seems to throw their way.
