After School Program

The Kindle Farm After School Program is an extension of the therapeutic work provided by Kindle Farm School. The programming provided to the students is fun, engaging, and unique. The activities vary from rock climbing to urban hiking. This program gives our students the opportunity to engage with their peers without the academic stress the typical school day might bring them. This allows them to focus on another kind of important work in their lives - social and emotional skills.

This program provides these students with a safe space to build upon and create friendships with their schoolmates. The participants are encouraged to try new activities, foods, and experiences to help them learn and grow. Some of our favorite ways to have fun are cooking, sledding, biking, hiking, sports, swimming, bowling, apple picking, and fishing.
